The 7 Laws of Eating to Live

One Meal a Day
Eat once per day, or once every other day. Give your body time to fully digest and rest between meals.

No Pork โ€” Ever
Pork is to be avoided entirely. It shortens life and introduces disease into the body and bloodstream.

Simple, Clean Foods
Bean soup, whole grain bread, vegetables, and fresh fruit. The simpler the meal, the better for your body.

Pure Water Only
Drink pure water. Avoid alcohol, sodas, and artificial drinks that tax the liver and kidneys.

No Fried Foods
Fried and heavily processed foods coat the body in toxins. Bake, steam, or boil your meals instead.

Slowly cooked navy beans with onion, celery, and olive oil. One slice of whole grain bread. Pure water.

Fresh fish (not catfish or shellfish) baked simply. Steamed broccoli, carrots, and a small side of fruit.
